At this point the schuylkill river park is pretty much empty. Maybe 4-5 teens and no cops.
There was a massive massive group of high schoolers in costumes in the schuykill river park. Between 10-10:30 a huge number of cops showed up and slowly cleared them out. They’ve probably wandered elsewhere. They were mostly just walking around.
Kids are absolutely everywhere in fitler square
