3-16, 3-15, I have a theft just occurred. It's going to be at Ross, 9616 Rearstown Road. 9616 Rearstown Road, off of Kenmore and Montrose. Two subjects came in, stole items. They're heading towards the rural farms. It's going to be Black male, 20, wearing a hat, black coat, and dark pants. And the other one is a Black male, 20, with a grayish jacket, dark pants, and has an orange bag.

A 911 caller has reported an unconfirmed incident at 9616 Reisterstown Rd.
