I just saw it on my way by. It looked like a 10-50 PD. Both parties were up and out of their vehicles. Right there where Market and Friendly crosses. I think one of them was a Kia Soul or something like that. I couldn't spot for them because I was on my way to this. 10-4, 1123, if you could start that way.
