Either he blocked a driveway or double parked because he felt entitled.. Long enough for the Police to ticket him and get a tow truck.. " oh I'm only 5min, 10min, 15min" People used to block my driveway a lot.. I had a few towed but quite a few I was able to start and park elsewhere...
Hope that tow truck driver took pictures of all the dents and scrapes. They can’t drive.
