Hey, I shot the video. I spoke with the driver. He had just gotten an antibiotic shot at the clinic. He said the shot made him pass out at the intersection. He was not drunk at all.
Like my other videos I tend to walk around or run to get more better shots. Sometimes it’s shaky or focusing but always stick around to see why I’m moving to the next spot.
