Yeah they’re not supposed to handcuff for tints
Yeah I got pull over too for dark windows..most drive bys have dark window.
I took the tint off and showed my fix it ticket to highway patrol officer later..I was never handcuffed. I just got a fix it ticket
Yes he’s going to file a police report
Go to the station and file a police report on the officer stop doing that and follow a police report
