Zone 4 to all units, subject was last seen going down the stairwells, third floor of the 100 Central Avenue on the east side that goes out to Whole Foods. Twice, he went over to the edge of the parking garage and went on the exterior side and stood out there, but then was spotted by employees and took himself back into the parking garage and then tried it again on the east side. He started first.
