Said that there's a 50-year-old white female, average build, wearing a red shirt, approaching vehicles that are leaving in the drive-thru, asking the occupants for money. When they refused, this person's threatening the occupants. Unknown if Code 19 are on 74, no weapons seen. Last seen standing near the exit from the lot on the east side.
