Thank you. It's going to be over on Cleveland Memorial Shoreway and West Lakeside Avenue. Caller advised that on the ramp to the shoreway westbound from the Lakeside Avenue, that there's a person lying on the ground in the high-speed lane wearing black clothing and some white color on it, possible shorts and possible a black male.
