They've both, both parties pulled into the Valley Fair parking lot. States the other party was yelling at the complainant and using racial slurs. It's going to be an older Mercedes, black sedan, uniform 930 Kilo Bravo. Complainant's going to be in a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Laredo.
