35, 3074 Livingston Road. Caller is an Alexia. States that they are outside of this apartment complex. That her child's father is a white Kia. He was spraying mace at the caller's car and on her. Suspect is a Seth Benning. Black male, white shirt, blue jacket and a gray hat. Partial plate, Henry, Victor, Zebra for the white Kia. Caller says male has had weapons prior. Unknown if he has weapons on this person now.
