this app is faulty. this is a medical emergency 'arrest and apnea' means cardiac arrest and lack of breathing. it said something about A221 - probably an apt # in the multi-tenancy building. But the app's automatic call interpreter thought it was a 221 which is police radio code for person with a gun. this probably wont get corrected either.
