263 Tom 1, it's a handle 902N, 47th Street East and Avenue R. Robert 8. Two-vehicle TC, there's no injuries. There's a blue Honda Odyssey versus a gray Honda Accord. Drivers are arguing on the south side of Avenue R. Robert 8, westbound of 47th Street East. Informants passing by, one driver stated having chest pain, fire's en route. TAC is 240.
