Could you assist over at 2021 West 75th Place? It's going to be the caller, I think she's just as elderly. She said there's a female, Lucille Pops, that will not go back into her apartment, and she needs help. I called her back. I believe she's actually locked out of her apartment, and they did call maintenance, but they're not sure if he's got a key. But she says once she gets back into her apartment, the problem is that she keeps escaping and will walk into the roadway. She's refusing medics. Could you go over there and sort that out?
