I have witnessed these kids riding their e-bikes recklessly and prayed they didn’t get hit. These little electric motorcycles that can go 25 plus miles per hour should be banned for kids under 16 years old and/or lower the top speed. Also, they should be aggressively ticketed for driving in the car lanes. They feel empowered by traveling in large numbers.
