I saw the incident happen when I was getting out of my car at Ellerslie and Argonne. The truck pulled in front of the other vehicle and almost hit it. The other driver honked and the truck stopped immediately in the middle of the road. The other vehicle went around it and the truck took off behind it tailgating and revving its engine. Looked completely nuts.
