Battalion 1 dispatch, also for the record in case you haven't been notified, this is an asphalt tank with solidified asphalt in it. Maintenance work was being performed. They were welding the cap and some of the vapors ignited, bowing the cap out and starting a small fire on top. Okay, we'll get that noted, 1617.

Firefighters have extinguished the fire on top of the tank and are continuing to cool it.

Battalion 1, go Engine 13. Yeah, Chief, do you have any further use of us if not for a big gap in this part of the city? Standby, second. Engine 13, you can go back. 13, okay. Dispatch, just to make you aware, we have, we've applied water to this tank. We've dealt with any fire that we had on top of the tank, which at this point appears to be some old wood that was still up there. We're continuing to cool the tank and make sure that we don't have any issues.

Units are preparing to isolate the power source for the tank's mixer before resuming efforts.

Getting a little bit bigger. Okay, is there a better positioning for the apparatus over there? If you can get on the east side of this green tank, you should be able to fit a truck back here. Okay, is there access over by the refinery, firefighting building? Standby, I'll make my way around the tank now.

Station 41 to command. Command, go. We've got two. We can do BLS medic unit or maybe Engine 45 if you want. Okay, just stand by for now. 6s, if you could stand by on the road, I might need you to lay me a line. Battalion 1, if you can meet up at the command post for unified command. Copy that.
