We were fishing on the lake and a guy jumped off the first street bridge into the water. He came up and was doggy paddling around and just seemed off…mentally. His actions were all very concerning, enough so that I decided to call for someone to check on him. Something was very off with him mentally.
Phew! It was not looking promising
The guy looked fine as they rolled him to the EMS truck
And also APD had crime scene tape out, but then put it back in their car and drove across the street to where the Rescue team was
