Police Activity in Parking Lot

Real quick update ladies and gent the gentleman in the pickup is sporting a brand new pair of bracelets, so he's under arrest at this time and is soon to be on his way down to ITR at MCSO! at least that's where im assuming they would take him

And began to make attempts to make contact with the gentleman sleeping behind the wheel of the truck seen in the. Video

This all started on the loop 101 off ramp to Thunderbird RD, right at the light to go eastbound on Thunderbird from the loop 101, the male driver was stopped for an extended period of time, during which multiple motorists and pedestrians including my observed the male driver of the truck, sound asleep behind the wheel, blocking the already extremely congested traffic looking to go east on Thunderbird! At one time the trucks nose was mere inches from getting his truck, struck by traffic going east on tbird! Th e driver finally woke up for a few seconds only to try to aggressively approach me and get sluggishly angry with me for tapping loudly on his driver side window in an attempt to wake the gentleman up! I managed to deescalate the situation, at which point the gentleman got back in his vehicle and proceeded to pull in Lowes parking and begin hindering the normal flow of traffic there as well, he was only doing thag for a few seconds, when the first of a few Peoria Police officers arrived

Im not 100% sure what they charged him with, I can only assume that the charge is/was driving under the influence related because they handcuffed him and led him away and only after he was given a field sobriety test/exam on scene! Now again, this Is merely assumption based on what I saw, from where I was recording, as I was asked by one of the LEO'S at the scene to not come any closer than what I already was!
