TAC 3. Go ahead. Code 74 call at the Dollar General, 1401 Superior Street. Caller Holly was a passerby. This is a female in a red Mazda 729 Baker Union. Appears to be very code 74. Caller smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle when she got into it. She also had a child with her, but the child was in the store with another adult at the time. Registered owner is a Becky Jackson.
