The RP is on a motorcycle advising that the other vehicle keeps slamming their brakes and trying to swerve into their lane. The other vehicle is going to be a black Ford Escape, plate of 9 Sam Edward Yellow 810. It's going to return clear out of Sacramento. It looks like they're about to go over the Rainbow Bridge. The driver is going to be a East Indian male, about 40 to 50.
