It was a woman in orange. They were telling her to come out the back to the alley, and she wouldn’t. They were saying, “all residents of 17018 come out”.

Yeah, I’m literally standing in watching it I think they were trying to get someone out of that house cause I did see. I think it was a woman in handcuff for like someone wearing orange and handcuffs but I’m not too sure I could be wrong but looks like there’s a woman pinned to the wall with handcuffs
