I have a call for officer, 4044 37th Avenue North. 4044 37th Avenue North. Complainant heard arguing and screaming from this location. They don't believe anything was physical, no weapons mentioned. Like a mixture of males and females, but more females. Also advised that there were 10 vehicles in the street and four female subjects left in a vehicle, unknown which kind of vehicle. We did receive another conference, the same information. They advised approximately 40 people verbally arguing and screaming. First complainant advising it's going to be an Airbnb. 373 Bravo, I'm also going to attach it to this.
