PPD Mtn View A7 700 Dispatch · 0:30
10-4. 731 Henry, send the 647, 309 East Osborn Road at the Circle K. It's going to be a whiter Hispanic male, 50s to 60s, thin-build, black shirt, yellow shorts, white hair, no known weapons, seems to be on 237 David and having an episode, was running around the parking lot throwing his bike, wasn't throwing the bike at anyone. A few other males were with him, but the complainant says that they aren't really doing anything. We did get a duplicate call for a similar person, a white male, 50s, medium-build, bald, black shirt with a skull, blue short pants, no shoes, laying down by the water machine outside. That caller wanted to move him. We'll be right back.

A 911 caller has reported an unconfirmed incident at 309 E Osborn Rd.
