Police have received a report of a man refusing to return a chainsaw that was lent to him.

I got a past theft. It was more of a domestic report, 4613 Liberty Avenue off of Taylor, the rear house. Caller said he lent his chainsaw to his brother yesterday. Now he's refusing to return it.
