Police have received a report of a man acting erratically near a building.

Greensburg units, I have a suspicious person. It's going to be around 1809 North Greensburg Crossing, around the old suspicious building in the Great Wall area. My caller advised that she was just passing by there and saw a male that was up against the building, stumbling around, and then ended up rolling around on the sidewalk. He was wearing blue jeans and possibly a hat. He did advise that his pants were also not all the way on. 21's en route.
