It's going to be 527 on East, they're around the Allegheny and Boyle. What kind of vehicle is it, I don't see it. It's going to be a Black male wearing black. He's got white sneakers on a black e-bike. Just trying to see if he is the male that tripped off on my K-83. I don't have a positive on that yet. 10-5, I received. That's clear, I'm going to be advised. I got checked back. He was last seen approaching Allegheny and Boyle Street. He's going to be across from the one around the Allegheny. He's there? Correct.

Police stopped one individual, but it was a negative identification for the suspect.
