Medics on scene report a car facing the wrong direction in the number one lane of the highway. They advise that the car appears to be stalled and not involved in a collision.

ALCO 581. Medic 581, ALCO. ALCO, we just on-viewed a car going the opposite direction. It's stalled out in the number one lane on 680 eastbound, just for the Alacosta Boulevard exit. We want to know if CHP is aware or if there is a response for that. No one was outside of the car. The car didn't look like it was hit at all. It was just facing the opposite direction.
