Doing CPR isn’t a good sign of life
Where is this?

I saw her when there was only one office at the scene. She was unresponsive then and I could see the officer try to check for a pulse. I do believe she passed away. I don’t think it was a hit and run because there were people at the scene also checking on her, and I saw the white truck talking to the officers, but those could have also been good samaritans.
