Sounds like there's a white male in a red hoodie, blue jeans with chains on his pants, who has been hanging around in the parking lot for at least the last hour. And then when the 17 came back after having seen him an hour prior, he kind of made it beeline to the door that she went into the apartment, but she doesn't know if he went into the building or not. She should just appreciate the property being checked.
