White male, 20s to 30s, dark hair, white shirt, blue jeans, and a white male, 20s to 30s, gray hooded sweatshirt over gray shorts, walking in and out of multiple campsites. I believe they're casing. Last seen near the south end of the campground, Rincon Parkway.
