About 9:31 AM on Oct 23, a man broke out of a moving ambulance in Eugene, jumped onto cars and ran onto I-105 blocking traffic before jumping from a bridge and fleeing through nearby park and rooftops; he was later taken to hospital and cited for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
