Suspect grabbed a victim by his hair and assaulted him. Suspect stated they have a gun, no weapons seen. PR stated suspects are possibly en route to an address in southwest Angeles. Devonshire units, possible kidnap suspect just left, 9906 Topanga Canyon Boulevard at Nina's Mobile. Last seen leaving location unknown direction, 10 to 15 minutes ago. Suspect's vehicle is a white Hyundai, license plate 9 X-ray Adam Edward 604, 9 X-ray Adam Edward 604. Suspects are two males and one female. Refused to let PR leave the vehicle and threaten him with violence. Incident 649, RD 1751, standby for additional.
