I have a suspicious circumstance, 24821 4th Avenue South, 4821 4th Avenue South. Complainant said they were hearing, possibly hearing somebody trying to get into her house. She heard footsteps. She broke out and said that she's going to call the PD if the noise is stopped. She didn't see anybody. She doesn't see any. She's not seeing any windows or anything open on the side of the house.
