I can get around to that spike problem.Kilo 231, it's a 7970 South 13rd and East at Sunset Coffee. It's a male outside acting manic, throwing stuff out of a vehicle and running around. It's a male, white adult, light brown, shaggy hair, three blankets around him, wearing a black shirt and black pants and rollerblades. He has Nerf guns on him and railroad spikes. He's got a white Prius in the parking lot. Copy. 129, I'll start you next back.
