1702 Hill Street, caller's name is Ty, states that members of the fraternity here choked him and threatened to assault him further, as well as his girlfriend. Isn't giving us a lot via TX, seems high intox. Currently waiting on Hill Street between Washtenaw and Oxford, moving towards Oxford on Hill Street right now. Charlie, clear. I'll be checking, no need for the air. Clear.
