Head over to the Applebee's, 1785 Walden Avenue. It wasn't a 911 hangup, but apparently they had a walkout. Apparently there was some kind of four-door black truck out in the parking lot. People left their cell phone behind, the Applebee's has it. Now they went in to get their cell phone, still refusing to pay and now causing a ruckus there. 13.
