3423. 1019 Seton Avenue, a single-vehicle accident, a white sedan. It is possibly struck by a black sedan. We had a unit, 8532, check the area, just happened to be passing by and advised it was unoccupied with no lights on, but it is blocking the lanes. 3423.

We have a crash at 1019 Seton. What kind of vehicle? Yeah, it's going to be it. I just see the one car, but it is blocking up one of the lanes. Doesn't look like it has any license plates on it. It's a white sedan. Nobody's there, in there. I copy.
