Northwest 85 Street and 3rd Avenue Northwest. We have a passerby advising there is a female subject down at the bus shelter there. Unknown if they're breathing, unknown HPD or high. She said the mouth was open and her eyes were closed and laying on her side. Medical has declined. Sounds like SPD also has a call entered. Northwest 85 and 3rd Avenue Northwest.
