Hispanic male, 40s to 50s, 5'8", average build, brown t-shirt, brown shorts, balding hair, unknown weapons, currently on the west side of the building, keeps approaching people, panhandling, tossed a bottle of water on the ground, asked to leave and refusing. Caller wants formally trespassed. Contact Adam, the employee at 1723, and I copy. Your backup will follow.
