1655 Highland Avenue, Lot 63. Got some information passed along from Transportation Services. They advised that at 611, just a little bit ago, an individual lifted a gate arm on exit level E Edward. Individual and vehicle are no longer on scene. They advised it does appear to be functioning okay now.
