PPD South Mtn A4 400 Dispatch · Oct 22, 5:10PM · 0:20
X-ray 844, it's a 647 at 3rd Avenue and Adams. Black male, unknown age, pink red shirt, khaki shorts, black cast on foot, unknown weapons, screaming nonsense, rolling around on the ground, waving arms, believes he could be violent. Currently, currently on Adams. No one for contact at 1710. Is there a backup 12?
