And, I just got off the phone with the caller. He's a middle-aged Hispanic male with black curly hair, clean-shaven. He has, like, a gray polo shirt on, dark jeans, and beard. He had a, uh, he saw, like, what appeared to be a barrel. He was walking up towards Erie from Sayoga.
