North End, holding on a welfare check, Kalamazoo and Pennsylvania. Called in by CATA. A White male, also wearing a shirt and hospital pants with bandage on their leg. Didn't have shoes, so he wasn't allowed on the bus. He then tried to break a window and spit on the second bus that came, possibly homeless and intox. And it's clear at 1529.
