City 49, a reckless. Go ahead. Northbound on South Main Street, last seen at the area of 10th Street. Gray Ford pickup with peeler plates was at a green light and not moving. Complainant honked their horn at them, and they made a hand gesture and then began bridge checking. The complainant's caller no longer sees that vehicle. 10-4.
