We have a suspicious out-of-wood occupant at Norwood Circle Park. Said he's kind of off duty. Said he's there with four male, blacks, wearing face masks and a dark color newer model Jeep Cherokee with no front plate circling the area, yelling out and threatening people. Officer said he's safe. He's just calling for a suspicious out-of-wood occupant at Norwood Circle Park. 7117 West Peterson.
