It's going to be South Washington Avenue and West St. Joseph Street. The caller, Joby Artis, is waiting on the corner of Michigan Realtors, wearing a Detroit Lions jersey, gray sweatpants. He called earlier wanting police to give him a ride, was advised multiple times they do not do that. He is calling back saying two men have followed him, saying hey. He went to the Fountain Place Apartments and is scared and wants police contact.
