10, I have a 160 call at 185 Madison Street. Heather is going to be standing by the main entrance to the Gulf Station. She wants to talk to an officer about an incident that just occurred. An Acura MDX with tinted windows. It was a bit of a road rage incident. They blocked her in so she couldn't move her vehicle. The Acura did speed off and took off. She just wants to talk to an officer. She has video footage and wants to see if she has any options.
