10-14, looks like he does have a possible warrant. I've attached it to your log. I copy, what is it for? In-state pickup for stalking and intimidation. I copy, thank you. We will be starting SFSDs. Copy.

Tango 346. Tango 346. Just got off the phone with the complainant. The subject is no longer on the porch. He did not have a wrench in his hand. It was on his phone. He has been in a black Porsche Cayenne that's currently parked down the street at the town of Netflix. Possibly intoxicated. Medic engine. Copy. Bravo 320, copy? 320, I copy.

You can start on a trespasser. 1398 East Rustic Wood Court. Transient is trespassing in the complex. Male, Hispanic adult or male, white adult, about 60 years old. Green jacket, green pants, black shoes and a beard and glasses. Looks like we got another call about it. He's standing on a neighbor's porch. He has a wrench in his hand but wasn't threatening or brandishing it, just holding it. 820 en route. 1944, I'll get you next available.
