Alright, this came over as an auto accident. I tried calling her back with ARS, but it's going straight to voicemail and I tried three times. 7061 at the Winston Tower condo building. She's in the upper garage. The garage door came down on her vehicle, smashing her front window.

Seriously?!?! They always tell you to be patient and wait for the garage door to reopen. This is driver error.
